{"id":1107,"date":"2017-08-19T19:03:31","date_gmt":"2017-08-19T17:03:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tasteofsardinia.it\/?p=1107"},"modified":"2020-02-02T19:52:59","modified_gmt":"2020-02-02T18:52:59","slug":"nugheduwelcome","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tasteofsardinia.it\/?p=1107","title":{"rendered":"Nughedu Welcome Social Eating"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nughedu Santa Vittoria, piccolo Comune in provincia di Oristano nella regione sarda di Barigadu il 9 agosto ha replicato l&#8217;esperienza dello scorso anno, quando il paesino di appena 497 abitanti si \u00e8 trasformato nella location perfetta per celebrare una giornata all&#8217;insegna del Social Eating, ovvero un ristorante diffuso a cielo aperto, che ha cionvolto veramente tutti, dagli chef professionisti alle casalinghe amanti della cucina. Il progetto ribattezzato Nughedu Welcome e<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">, come lascia intuire il nome, l&#8217;occasione per ampliare e rafforzare l&#8217;attrattivit\u00e0 turistica del borgo, mettendo in luce le potenzialit\u00e0 che condivide con buona parte della Sardegna: accoglienza calorosa, cultura tradizionale e voglia di raccontarsi, partendo proprio dalla tavola, luogo di condivisione per eccellenza.<br \/>\nLa cena a cura di Roberto Petza, chef del ristorante S\u2019Apposentu di Casa Puddu, una stella Michelig e Tre Forchette sulla guida Ristoranti d\u2019Italia 2016 del Gambero Rosso e Manuele Senis sar\u00e0 a base di pecora, dagli antipasti, con polpettine di pecora, accompagnate da formaggio pecorini e guanciale. A seguire dei ravioli conditi con una spuma al pecorino e per secondo pecora bollita, da una ricetta esclusiva dello chef che gli conferisce un gusto unico.
